1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Acceptance:
⦁ You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been accepted by our admin team. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at zynabella.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
⦁ If your order has not been accepted by the admin, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation After Acceptance:
⦁ Once your order has been accepted by our admin team, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
⦁ To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
⦁ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
⦁ The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
⦁ You must notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the product. The email should include your order number, reason for the return, and photographs of the item.
Non-Returnable Items:
⦁ The following items cannot be returned:
⦁ Custom-made or personalized products.
⦁ Sale items or items purchased with a discount or promotion.
Initiating a Return:
⦁ To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
⦁ Submit a Request: Send an email to zynabella.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, detailed reason for the return, and photographs of the product showing its condition.
⦁ Await Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond with approval or rejection within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
⦁ Ship the Item: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Processing:
⦁ Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria:
⦁ If the item is approved, we will process your return and notify you of your refund or exchange options.
⦁ If the item does not meet the return criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
Refund Processing:
⦁ If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
⦁ Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Exchanges:
⦁ If you wish to exchange an item due to defects or damages, please email us at zynabella.official@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and photographs of the defect or damage.
⦁ We will process exchanges based on product availability. If the item is not available, we will offer you a refund or an alternative item of equal value.
Non-Returnable Situations:
⦁ Items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage due to improper handling will not be accepted for return.
⦁ Items returned without prior approval from Zynah Bella will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
