However, you can return the item according to our Return Policy.

To return an item, it must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You need to notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the product, including your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item. Certain items, such as custom-made or discounted products, are not eligible for return.

If your return request does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 7-10 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Custom-made or personalized items, as well as sale or discounted items, cannot be returned.
