⦁ Ship the Item: Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

⦁ Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Non-Returnable Situations
